Evija Grīnberga

Chairman of the Board

Chairman of the Board of JSC “Cēsu alus” since August 1, 2025.
Previously, she held senior leadership positions for over 20 years in retail companies such as Maxima Latvija, Skai Baltija, and Rimi Baltic.
In 2001, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Latvia.

Gustavs Zatlers

Director of Sales Department

JSC “Cēsu alus” Director of Trade and Marketing Department since 2005, beginning with 2009 is a member of the company board. Joined the Cēsu alus team in 2004, has worked in several trade positions, including as the Trade Manager of Large Customers.

Former professional experience is related to the specifics of studies while continuing professional service in the National Armed Forces.

In 2010 obtained Master’s Degree of EMBA Higher Level Management at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. In 2000 graduated from the National Defence Academy obtaining the qualification of a Platoon Commander.

Dita Sloka

Director of Finance, IT and Procurement Department

Part of the Cēsu alus team since 2005. Head of Finance and IT since 2009, also gaining experience in logistics management between 2016 and 2022. Since 2022, she has been leading the Finance, IT, and Procurement Department.

In 2006, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics, followed by a master’s degree in management science in 2016, and an Executive MBA from SSE Riga in 2022. Dita is a certified LEAN professional, holding both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications, with extensive experience in applying LEAN principles to enhance company efficiency and sustainability.

Viesturs Sloka

Director of Production and Technical Department

JSC “Cēsu alus” Director of Production and Technical Department since March 2021.

Viesturs Sloka previously worked in the JSC “Cēsu alus” Production Department for nearly 17 years. Between 2003 and 2020, Viesturs progressed from a specialist to a management level employee, holding various positions along the way, such as Brewer, Filter Operator, Head of the Fermentation Department, and Production Coordinator, a role which he held for the last 11 years. In 2020, Viesturs accepted a new challenge and became the Production Manager of “Tenapors” Ltd. and in March 2021 he returned to JSC “Cēsu alus” as the Director of the Production and Technical Department.

In 2009, he obtained a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with the qualification of a Manager of Enterprises and Institutions. To continue professional development in 2021 finished Productive Production Management programme of the Commercial Education Centre.

Edgars Dācis

Director of Logistics Department

Head of the Logistics department of JSC “Cēsu alus” since May 2023.

More than 17 years of previous professional experience related to logistics and warehouse management positions in the pharmaceutical wholesale and cosmetics manufacturing industries. Expert level knowledge in the implementation and management of enterprise management system SAP.

In 2009, Edgars obtained a Bachelor’s degree in engineering in computer management and computer science at the Riga Technical University. Continues his Master’s studies in the program “Production engineering and management” at Riga Technical University.

Maruta Priede

Director of Human Resources Department

More than 20 years of previous work experience in human resource management in both the private and public sectors, with many years of experience in manufacturing (Consolis Latvija, RVR, BAU-HOW Latvia) and retail (Kesko Food, Optic Guru). Experience in change management and the digitalization of HR processes.

In 2002, obtained a Master’s degree in management science from Riga Technical University (RTU).
