JSC “Cēsu alus” received the 1st place in the survey “TOP employer 2015” organized by the internet recruitment company “CV-Online Latvia”. The award was given for the 1st place among employers in the Vidzeme region.

The pillar of Cēsu alus’s internal culture is continuous development, so we always strive to improve. Currently, our current projects are the implementation of LEAN in the company’s internal culture, which basically means that by streamlining processes, we create job duties that create added value for the company. The second important project that we implement is Position missions, which is a briefly formulated mission of each position depicting the true meaning and importance of the work performed by each employee in achieving the company’s overall goals.
It is meaningful and added value-creating work that is the current HR challenge in the world’s best companies – I wish all of us to challenge ourselves in this area and achieve positive results!”
In order to find out and reward the best employers in Latvia, “CV-Online Latvia” conducted an ambitious survey “Top employer 2015” for more than a month – from December 28, 2015 to January 27, 2016 – in which 4,088 respondents participated this year.
