Realize the mission of the position:

I organize timely and optimal ordering and inventory of raw materials and sales equipment to ensure an efficient and continuous production process.

We will entrust you with:

• drawing up a raw material procurement plan in accordance with the company’s production plan;
• organize timely and optimal ordering of raw materials to ensure a continuous production process;
• sales and HoReCa inventory offer research and ordering, according to the investment plan;
• development of specifications for procurement materials, organization of testing of new raw materials;
• organization of procurement tenders for raw materials, selection of suppliers, provision of alternative suppliers;
• conclusion of procurement contracts for raw materials, control of the fulfillment of their conditions, daily communication with suppliers, solving current and quality issues;
• administration of responsible raw materials in accounting systems;
• inventory management of purchased raw materials.

We want you to have:

• higher education relevant to the industry and position with 2-3 years of experience in procurement planning;
• ability to work independently;
• good communication, negotiation management skills;
• ability to analyze numerical information and perform mathematical calculations;
• excellent knowledge of foreign languages;
• MS Office skills at the level of an experienced user, experience in working with inventory management systems;
• readiness to go on business trips.
