How long is ‘season time’?
We start hiring seasonal employees already in March, and it continues until June. Seasonal contracts are usually closed by the end of July or August. In positions that do not require specific training, for example, stacker, packaging assistant, it is possible to conclude a contract for one month as well.
Is it possible to extend the contract with the employer?
Practice shows that less than 40% of the employees of the 2022 season continue to work in the company even after the end of the season.
