Cēsu alus is the largest brewery in Latvia, with deep and ancient roots in Cēsis. At our place in Cēsis, beer is brewed and other beverages are produced. Over the years, we have expanded our product offering in several beverage categories – cider, alcoholic cocktails, spirits, lifestyle drinks, energy drinks, kvass, juices and other soft drinks. Our driver is innovation in product development and the desire to develop the beverage market in Latvia. But above all is the high quality of the products, which is confirmed by one of the strictest certificates in food production – BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
Cēsu alus is one of the most innovative production plants in the food industry. We work with modern and efficient equipment. Here in Cēsis, we provide filling in glass and PET bottles, and we also have one of the largest can filling lines in the Baltics. Every year, we make investments in the amount of more than 1 million euros to improve production efficiency, ensure process improvement and minimize the impact of the company’s operations on the environment as much as possible.
