Cēsu alus has been recognized as the TOP employer in Vidzeme for several years.

Employee safety is our number one priority. Our goal is zero accidents, which means continuous concern for a safe and comfortable working environment. The opinion of our employees is important to us – once every two years we conduct an employee satisfaction and engagement survey, on the basis of which a development and task plan for the next period is drawn up. Also, employees have the opportunity to participate in the Innovation Day and submit their ideas for new products – often these ideas are realized into real products on store shelves.
We also pay special attention to our seniors – we can be proud of many long-term employees whose contribution we appreciate even after the 50-year anniversary threshold has been reached and the employee has taken a well-deserved rest. The Cēsu alus Retirement Club, headed by Kārlis Thomsons, keeps in touch with the long-term employees of Cēsu alus and they have the opportunity to socialize, celebrate joint holidays and go on excursions both around Latvia and to visit Olvi Group breweries in other countries.
