Chief Energy Officer

Realize the mission of the position:

I take care of the continuous operation of equipment and processes, ensuring the timely supply of energy resources in sufficient quantities. I effectively lead, develop and inspire my team.

We will entrust you with:

Identify business needs and update the energy resource management plan;
Manage energy equipment modernization and reconstruction projects, participate in equipment improvement processes and provide proposals for process optimization;
Monitor and maintain the operation of energy equipment and networks, organize regular inspections and repairs (including emergency repairs in case of emergencies);
Ensure the safe, economical and efficient use of energy resources, control the consumption of energy resources, perform analysis and maintain stocks of spare parts;
Lead the energy block team, providing the company with continuous energy resources according to the company’s internal and ISO 50001 standards.

We want you to have:

Higher technical education in energy management or engineering, electricity supply or heat supply specialty or a similar field;
At least 3 years of experience in energy resource management in the production sector;
Valid C electrical safety certificate;
Experience with PLC/SCADA is preferred;
Technical project management skills – planning, orientation towards achieving results and set goals, solving problem situations and making decisions;
Good knowledge of English (regular involvement in international projects and possibly short business trips);
Use of MS Office programs at the level of an experienced user;
Category B driver’s license.

Salary from 2500 EUR per month before tax;
