“Cēsu alus” brewery has been recognized as the best employer in the Vidzeme region for the eighth year in a row in the survey “TOP Employer 2021” organized by the Internet recruitment company “CV-Online Latvia”.

In January 2022, “Cēsu alus” conducted an employee satisfaction and engagement study, in which company employees, when answering the question of what they value most in their workplace, most often mentioned the following factors: company development, personal development opportunities, responsibility, colleagues and team cooperation, the basket of benefits available to employees, social guarantees, care for safety, and stability, which are especially important for employees in these times.
The survey “TOP employer” is carried out by the leading internet recruitment company “CV-Online Latvia”. 12,274 respondents took part in the “TOP employer 2021” survey from January 18 to February 28 of this year.
